All Pack Parents are invited to get involved in the planning for the coming activities in the next month. We will be discussing upcoming Pack Meetings, the need for leaders, Spring Campout, and more.Β Lots to get involved in learning about the little efforts that add up to make Pack 392 great!Β Β
New Family/Membership Coordinator: Communicates and connects with new members to help get them plugged into the Pack and den. Attends monthly planning meetings.
Advancement Chair: Purchase awards at the Scout Store each month, organize the awards and bring them to the monthly pack meetings.
Fund Raiser Champion: Coordinates the annual fundraisers by attending Council kickoff events, setting up show and sell events, ordering product for the unit and organizing the check-in/check-out process.
Den Leaders and Assistant Den Leaders: Plan Den meeting and assure the den meeting is held at an appropriate location and time. Attends monthly planning meeting.
Blue and Gold Coordinator: Assist Cubmasters with planning, decorating and coordinating the annual Blue and Gold celebration
Pinewood Derby Chair: Assist Cubmasters with planning and execution of the Pinewood Derby Workshop and the Pinewood Derby
Troop Liaison: Coordinate with Troops on Webelo to Scout transition, Crossing Over ceremonies and other combined events.
Outdoor Activities Coordinator Trainee: Assist with planning campouts.
Committee Chair Trainee: Assists with monthly committee meeting to help plan program. Ensures that committee
members give adequate support for running the program to support the Cubmaster and Den Leaders. Helps recruit additional leaders as needed.
Pack Trainer Trainee: Ensures training opportunities for all leadership and helps to get everyone fully trained. Attends monthly committee meeting to report and support.
Secretary: Attends monthly planning meeting and takes minutes at these.
Communications Chair:Β Assist Cubmasters with communications, email/text messaging in Scoutbook or other tools, social media, etc.
Webmaster: Maintain the Pack website
Assistant Cubmaster(s): Assistant Cubmaster helps Cubmaster as needed to help den leaders, set up and clean up before/after meetings, plan the pack programming.

Lions (Kindergarten): A simple T-shirt purchased from the Scouts.
Grades 1-3: A blue shirt with corresponding patches, neckerchief, and slide. π
Grades 4-5: A khaki shirt similar to the troop level. π
For All: We're a "belt-up" pack, this means we focus on the official uniform from the belt up! π

Venturing into the exciting world of Troop-level Scouting opens doors to a new realm of growth and leadership for 6th grade kids and up. π Any child can join a troop, and previous experience as a Cub Scout is not required!
